I did everything society said would bring me success (business degree, career, climbing the corporate ladder) - only to find, that unsurprisingly, I was disconnected from my values, my body, and environment. I walked away from it all, redefining what success means to me. From traveling the world, to taking care of my mom through her final days, and finding myself in one of the most horrific natural disasters, my path has been anything but ‘normal’. Throughout it all there was one constant: the breath.
