Active & Expressive Breath
Safety First
Active & Expressive breathwork is a beautiful tool that can help us quiet the ego, tap into our raw emotions & release what is no longer serving us. Please watch this video if this is your first time practicing with me.
For this practice you’ll need the following:
Quiet place to lay down with a straight spine and neck
A blanket for temperature fluctuations
A pillow nearby (to yell into during the expressive section)
This practice is suitable for healthy individuals but not recommended for those with severe heart conditions or pregnant individuals.
